We have been staying at this hotel every year at this time for over 10 years. We had an issue with the booking situation when I first arrived . Ariel was working at the front desk and handled this situation like an absolute pro! I was very impressed with her ability to take a negative Situation and turn it into a positive experience. Thank you Ariel , Brad and the rest of the staff for a 5 star stay.

The front desk was able to graciously accommodate for a second night for us last minute when our plans changed suddenly! I appreciated it so much! The pool and hot tub are amazing, and bar and breakfast was ON POINT. Food and drinks are delicious. Really great complimentary breakfast and love the fact water bottles in the room are free. Front desk staff is super courteous and professional. I thoroughly enjoy my stay at the Radisson and choose this specific hotel every year for our annual Wisconsin trips. I’d honestly stay nowhere else.

Nice hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has really good food and drinks. The rooms are clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good.

The hotel was so clean and exactly what we wanted. We will definitely book again. The breakfast was phenomenal!!! We wanted to book something more upscale and this hotel and their staff certainly fit the bill. Can’t wait to return next year.

A VERY, VERY large place to stay. You may need to drop bread crumbs when u first try to find your room UNLESS once you get in it you don't plan to venture out. The signs to find the lobby weren't very accessible and although I was on the main floor, left my room 3x prior to sleeping, this morning I got lost trying to find the lobby and buffet breakfast. Finally made it by cutting through the pool area. First hotel in 5 nights that provided a pad of paper with their pen to advertise their business.

The pool table should be a check out process like the ping pong table and shuffle board. I didnÂ¿t notice if the room had been checked on each day by cleaning staff.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel but they have done an amazing job with keeping it updated. The rooms were large bright and comfortable.
